Fly-in Tours: These tours are designed to give you the luxury of structure and independence all in one trip. You will be accompanied by a tour escort who is available at all times. This escort can help you maximize your free time by either recommending unique dining, shopping and sightseeing experiences, or help you choose a pre-planned activity. These tours will have 1, 2 or 3 hotel stays.

Motorcoach Tours: These tours are fully escorted with many pre-planned activities and meals. However, most days also allow for some "free time" for additional sightseeing, shopping or "just relaxing." Some tours are best suited for only motorcoach travel due to incorporating multiple destinations within one trip.

Tour Price Includes
Transportation as outlined in the tour itinerary, services of Tour Escort or Tour Host, admissions for included activities, hotel accommodations, taxes, gratuities for included meals and step-on guides. Included meals are clearly noted in the touring description. Air transportation is included with the "Fly-In" tours. Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is included on all Travel Concepts overnight tours.

What is Not Included
Costs not included: incidental hotel charges such as telephone calls and room service; sightseeing attractions listed as "optional", and gratuities for meals not included in tour description. Tours jointly sponsored with other tour companies may not include Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance in the cost.

Single Travelers
Travel Concepts Tours welcomes single travelers. We will try to assist in arranging a roommate for any person wishing to share accommodations at the double occupancy tour rate. Should a share arrangement not be available, the single price will apply.

Trip and Quad
These accommodations are usually in rooms with two double beds or one double bed with a pull out sofa. A rollaway bed or cot is subject to availability on a request basis only. Triple and Quad prices are available on most tours.

All hotels we select are 3 and 4 star hotels, and whenever possible we try to offer a hotel that exemplifies the character of that particular area. That is why we work with some of these top locations up to a year in advance to secure choice dates for our tours.
