A. Awards will be based on number of days traveled. One award point will be given per day of travel. (example: a 4 day tour will equal 4 award points). Each award point has a redemption value of $1.00.

B. The award points will be distributed at the conclusion of the tour or cruise.

C. Additional award points can be earned on the "Bring a Buddy" plan. If you bring a new client (someone who has never traveled on a Travel Concepts Tour or Group Cruise before) you will be awarded one additional point for each day traveled. Your friend will still earn his own award points.

D. Earn even more award points by booking early. If you book with deposit more than 120 days from departure on a Travel Concepts Tour or more than 6 months on one or our Group Cruises, you will earn one additional point for each day traveled.

One award point equals $1.00 in value and can be redeemed in the following ways:

1. Awards point can be redeemed on the final payment of any Travel Concepts Tour.
2. Purchase a (a) Travel Concepts Jacket (30 points) - (b) a Travel Concepts Travel Bag (20 points); (c) a Travel Concepts sweatshirt (20 points). Your name can be monogrammed on the jacket or sweatshirt for $5.00 or an additonal 5 points)
The aboive items can be obtained by using all Frequent Travelers Award Points, or using partial award points and the rest in cash, or you may purchase any of the items.

**Award points cannot be redeemed for cash.
