Days
2, 3 The next several days while in Branson are filled
with a number of Holiday favorites and new attractions.
NOAH,
the Musical at the new Sight & Sound Theater.
This brand new show, which swept through the eastern U.S.
like, well,
a flood, continues its excitement at its Branson launch. It’s
an imaginative and yet factual retelling of perhaps the best
known story of the Bible – that of one man’s faithfulness,
and his incredible voyage of new beginnings. With a cast of 50,
you’ll witness the 40 foot high Ark being built on a 300-foot
wraparound stage. You’ll see Noah’s persistence through
long years of ark-building, amid the taunts of the doubters. Watch
the most amazing parade ever—as two of every(well,
almost every) kind of animal scramble, trot and fly through the
aisles to enter the Ark. You’ll actually be there, in the
ark, surrounded by hundreds of live and animatronics animals,
when the first raindrops fall. You’ll see the camaraderie,
cabin fever, and comic relief of eight people spending months
in a floating zoo!
The
OakRidge Boys Exuding an authentic representation of the energetic country
sounds of the Ozarks, the Oak Ridge Boys provide
a truly entertaining Christmas show. Let all of the authentic
Oak Ridge Boys from the late ’70s (Duane Allen, Joe Bonsall,
William Lee Golden and Richard Sterban) entertain you with a
night of charismatic stage presence and amazing vocal ability.
Showboat
Branson Belle Branson’s Best Show Afloat! Awarded
Branson’s Best Dinner Show for 3 years in a row. Patterned
after opulent turn-of-the-century paddle wheelers, the Showboat
offers spectacular views from each of its four decks. You’ll
delight in their latest Holiday production.
The
DALENA Show Direct from Iowa – via Nashville – is
the most exciting morning show - Dalena! Dalena has been described
as the “here and now” of Country Music; combining
traditional style with hip sophistication. Dalena is a wholesome
entertainer with a far ranging appeal. You’ll hear your
favorites – country, pop, and ballads, all in a spectacular
Christmas production.
Branson Festival of Lights Nowhere in the
nation can you experience such displays of glistening lights.
The 2 mile lighting extravaganza
on the Bee Creek Road features the largest animated display
with over 1000 colorful figures.
Daniel O’Donnell With over 5 million albums sold world-wide, this Irish-born
entertainer has a vast fan base, eager to experience his trademark combination
of easy listening, rock and pop standards, country western hits and traditional
Irish ballads. O’Donnell’s easy-going, entertaining on-stage personality
makes each live show an ever-changing event.
College of the Ozarks Greenhouses, Edwards Mill, natural surroundings,
and the Farming Museum are some of the highlights of College
of the Ozarks. Your visit to this Missouri campus will surprise
and delight you. Edwards Mill is naturally powered by water motion
against the water wheel and offers home-made products such as
quilts, jams, baskets, meal and flour.
Over 1500 students attend campus yearly, nearly all working in
the various jobs available in order to pay for their schooling.
Our guide at the College of the Ozarks show us the beautiful
campus and tell of the history of the Ozarks. There is so much
to learn at the College of the Ozarks.
